
High Protein Double Chocolate Oat Iced Cream
Equipment
- 1 Ninja Creami Original
- 1 Immersion Blender
Ingredients
- 400 ml Oat Milk
- 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder LeanFit
- 2 tsp Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum
- 2 tsp Erythritol
- 1 tsp Sugar
Instructions
- Combine all ingredents and blend with an immersion blender until smooth
- Pour into Creami Pint
- Freeze for 24 hours
- Melt sides of pint under hot water for 20 seconds
- Install in Ninja Creami and run the Iced Cream setting
- Check consistency, run respin as needed for creaminess.
- Add mix-ins as desired and run mix-in setting.
