Soft Pretzels
Ingredients
Dough
- 500 g Flour All Purpose or Bread
- 300 ml Water Warm
- 15 g Olive oil
- 8 g Yeast
- 25 g Sugar
- 8 g Salt table
Braising Mixture
- 2 tbsp Baking Soda
- 500 ml Water
- 10 g Salt kosher
- 2 tbsp Butter
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Mix/Knead-rest for 10 minutes
- Add salt
- Knead-rest for 10 minutes x3
- Mix baking soda and warm water
- Dip dough in baking mixture
- Bake for 10-20 minutes or until brown and center is 205F
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with kosher salt
