Soft Pretzels

Ingredients
  

Dough

  • 500 g Flour All Purpose or Bread
  • 300 ml Water Warm
  • 15 g Olive oil
  • 8 g Yeast
  • 25 g Sugar
  • 8 g Salt table

Braising Mixture

  • 2 tbsp Baking Soda
  • 500 ml Water
  • 10 g Salt kosher
  • 2 tbsp Butter

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 400F.
  • Mix/Knead-rest for 10 minutes
  • Add salt
  • Knead-rest for 10 minutes x3
  • Mix baking soda and warm water
  • Dip dough in baking mixture
  • Bake for 10-20 minutes or until brown and center is 205F
  • Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with kosher salt
