High Protein Double Chocolate Oat Iced Cream

Equipment

  • 1 Ninja Creami Original
  • 1 Immersion Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 400 ml Oat Milk
  • 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder LeanFit
  • 2 tsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum
  • 2 tsp Erythritol
  • 1 tsp Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredents and blend with an immersion blender until smooth
  • Pour into Creami Pint
  • Freeze for 24 hours
  • Melt sides of pint under hot water for 20 seconds
  • Install in Ninja Creami and run the Iced Cream setting
  • Check consistency, run respin as needed for creaminess.
  • Add mix-ins as desired and run mix-in setting.
