Breakfast Sausage
Ingredients
- 450 g Ground Pork
- 1/2 tsp Sage Ground
- 1/2 tsp Thyme Ground
- 1 TBsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper Ground
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients very well.
- Wrap tightly in plastic wrap, eliminating as much air as possible.
- Store in refrigerator for 12 hours.
- Fill casings with sausage stuffer, or skip if making patties, forming links.
- Store in refrigerator for another 12 hours.
- Cook until internal temperature of 165F.
