Broccoli Salad

Favourite salad  perfect  for  the extra  iron  women  need.  Add dressing just before serving as lemon juice bleaches broccoli.

Ingredients
  

Salad

  • 3 cups Broccoli Raw or slightly cooked
  • 1/2 cup Sweet Onion Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Raisins Or Other Dried Fruit
  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese Crumbled

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup Yogurt Plain
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix together salad
  • Mix together dressing
  • Dress just before serving.
