Broccoli Salad
Favourite salad perfect for the extra iron women need. Add dressing just before serving as lemon juice bleaches broccoli.
Ingredients
Salad
- 3 cups Broccoli Raw or slightly cooked
- 1/2 cup Sweet Onion Chopped
- 1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds
- 1/2 cup Raisins Or Other Dried Fruit
- 1/2 cup Feta Cheese Crumbled
Dressing
- 1/2 cup Yogurt Plain
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt and Pepper To Taste
Instructions
- Mix together salad
- Mix together dressing
- Dress just before serving.
