Breakfast Sausage

Ingredients
  

  • 450 g Ground Pork
  • 1/2 tsp Sage Ground
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme Ground
  • 1 TBsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper Ground

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients very well.
  • Wrap tightly in plastic wrap, eliminating as much air as possible.
  • Store in refrigerator for 12 hours.
  • Fill casings with sausage stuffer, or skip if making patties, forming links.
  • Store in refrigerator for another 12 hours.
  • Cook until internal temperature of 165F.
