Tzatziki

Not a bad version of what you`d get a Middle Eastern restaurant and a lot cheaper. Lasts several days.

Equipment

  • Cheese Cloth

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cucumber
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/3 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Drain yogurt on cheese cloth
  • for 3 hours or over night in the fridge
  • Chop cucumber and mix with salt.
  • Drain over cheese cloth or paper towel for 1 hour.
  • Mix all.
